Shipping policy

Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Below that, the delivery charge is calculated from the parcel's weight and your pincode, and shown at checkout.

The exact amount for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges.

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 5 business days of being confirmed.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, local restrictions or courier delays can occasionally add a day or two.

We ship to addresses across India through trusted courier partners. Every order is shipped prepaid and sent with a tax invoice.

We email you when your order ships and again when it's delivered. You can check its status at any time on our Track your order page, with your order number and the mobile number you used at checkout.

The courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If the parcel still can't be delivered, it comes back to us and you receive a full refund once it arrives. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so the courier can reach you.

If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 3 days of delivery. We'll start a return for you. See our Returns & refunds policy for details.
